7-Day Return & Replacement

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and receipts/proof of purchase must be included

To start a return or replacement, contact us at anscartuae@gmail.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos or videos. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund once verified.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first request a return. Once approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.


Refunds
